Telling a story through my designs has always been important to me. I believe that menswear is the most interesting, dynamic, fascinating, and progressive sector in the fashion industry.

 

My final collection is based on the subjects of isolation and restriction. The guy who doesn't go out of his comfort zone is my muse; he prefers to stay home and experience life by looking at it through the window. He architecturally isolates himself from nature and from people. This is a philosophical subject and applies to many people who live in metropolitan cities. All days are spent in offices or homes with no connection to nature. It is the catastrophic situation of the 21st century; humans are part of nature and should be connected to it on a daily basis. This collection is about contrasts; of organic and geometric shapes.

 

This collection utilizes many natural and technical fabrics, which include a combination of shine and matte, wool and silk. I use different textures and create structural and organic shapes. Silhouettes and details are important in my designs. Experimenting with silhouette allowed me to create original and functional designs.
